I will guide you without confusion how to get healthy. Together we will figure out root cause of your problems that keeps you from feeling your best, without masking your symptoms with medications. Using the right nutrition and supplements, you can feel great again. I also provide food-sensitivity testing.

I have over 19 years of experience in clinical/ outpatient counseling. Besides providing private consults, I am an educator, culinary expert, speaker for corporations, and universities.
