My practice is holistic, integrative, and complementary in nature. By combining science with natural healing modalities, I work in partnership with my patients to help them GET WELL AND STAY WELL. It is clear that the mind-body connection is intrinsic to healing. Therefore, I believe that medical treatments must be completely individualized, for patients to reach optimal health.

I specialize in working with children and adolescents with autism, ADHD, and special needs, including behavioral, social, and emotional problems. My goal is to help patients achieve and maintain optimal health. I work to find the root cause of illness instead of merely treating symptoms. I perform a detailed patient intake, comprehensive physical exam, and order and evaluate both conventional and specialty laboratory tests. Treatment plans are developed and adapted to each individual patient with an emphasis on treating the whole person. I actively involve my patients in their treatment, empowering them to achieve and maintain optimal health.

Almost 20 years ago, my husband Adam and I dreamed of offering intelligent medical and mental health care that not only addressed our patient’s symptoms but took into consideration their needs on an individual level – beginning with the way they felt entering our clinic to personalized wellness plans based on their genetic individuality. I am Board certified Naturopathic Physician and Registered Nurse licensed in the State of Connecticut. I use patient-empowerment approach to achieve the highest level of health possible by supporting the body's own healing processes. Illness may provide opportunities for positive change and new balance in life towards its meaning and purpose.
