I am a holistic, evidence based physician who practices with an emphasis on the integration between conventional and complimentary care. I specialize in sexual medicine, menopause, vulvar disease and pelvic floor dysfunction. I have been working in the area of healthcare and sexuality since 1993, and am a nationally certified Sex Counselor through the American Association of Sex Educations and Therapists, and sexual medicine fellow through the International Society for the Study of Women's Health, as well as a nationally certified menopause specialist through the North American Menopause Society.

My ideal patient is anyone who is looking to optimize their overall health, slow their aging and live up to their full potential. My goal as a practitioner is to treat each individual as a whole person, and not just a list of symptoms. As a society, medicine has broken up people into different parts and systems, all treated by doctors with different specialities. In practice, I truly work to see the whole picture and how all of these systems are interconnected producing an individual's current health concerns. I work with each patient to find the root cause of their illness and treat this cause.

Dr. Kate Kass is a functional medicine physician in the state of Washington. She treats a broad range of acute and chronic conditions, specializing in men's and women's hormone health, andropause, Erectile Dysfunction, menopause, bioidentical hormones and hormone pellets, sexual health and functional and regenerative medicine. I work collaboratively with people to not only identify what is causing their symptoms, but more importantly, identify what roadblocks are preventing them from achieving wellness and explore what treatments they want to try.

A 1992 Bastyr University grad, Dr Forwell offers a wealth of experience from her 29 years in naturopathic primary care. She is a pioneer of Regenerative Injection Therapies employed to treat pain from injury & overuse. Chronic sprains & strains, osteoarthritis etc are treated with these needling techniques referred to as Prolotherapy, PRP and embryonic Stem Cells as well as Mesotherapy & Neural Therapy.
