Dr. John has been in practice for 25 years, having earned his doctorate degree in Naturopathic Medicine from Bastyr University in 1998. After working for two years with a Medical Doctor, he opened The Natural Health Medical Clinic in 2000 on Beacon Hill, just South of Downtown Seattle. He specializes in treating pain and injuries, as well as treating a wide range of health conditions such as diabetes, chronic fatigue, poor immune function and hypthyroidism. Areas of special study include hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT) which stimulates stem cell production, ozone therapy, homeopathy, herbal medicine, neural therapy, prolozone, PRP.

Our goal for you at Sound Clinic is to achieve optimal health. We, first of all, take the time to listen to your health concerns, perform the appropriate physical exams, and then formulate a unique and individual treatment plan for you. Your treatment protocol may include lifestyle changes, changes in your diet, nutritional supplements, an exercise program, a herbal formula, homeopathic remedies, allergy elimination treatments (NAET), and/or a liver/colon cleanse with colon hydrotherapy and special dietary program. I have a growing practice of all ages. I enjoy working with people to unravel the symptoms they are experiencing. I've found that often the symptoms we are experiencing aren't always directly related to the area in the body with the dysfunction. Sometimes we have to treat several different parts of the body in order to treat our symptoms in other areas. The modalities I use not only work to treat the cause of the problem, but they also help the body to heal itself, which are two of the foundational principles of naturopathic medicine.

Dr. Heidi Codino (she/her/hers) has completed extra trainings in LGBTQ+ healthcare as well as gender affirming care. “Feeling that your presenting features match your identity is very important to your physical, emotional, and mental health”. She wants all her patients to feel whole and happy with who they are. She specializes in minor surgery, LGBTQ+ health, IV therapy, pelvic floor therapy, physical manipulations, pediatrics, pregnancy, postpartum, fertility, chronic pain, and oncology, as well as seeing primary care patients of all ages.
