Dr. Valentina Benitez, ND, provides an individualized and holistic approach to family medicine, pediatrics, sports medicine, prenatal and postpartum care. She is also trained in holistic pelvic floor and shiatsu massage. Dr. Benitez provides education and insight at every visit. Avana Natural Health is the home of natural medicine care for the whole family. I hold doctorate degrees in both conventional (MD) and natural medicine (ND). I am a board-certified naturopathic physician in Oregon and an active member of American Association of Naturopathic Physician. In addition, I am certified in Classical Homeopathy, Bowen technique therapy, Korean Hand Therapy, Auricular Therapy and Medicine and Advanced Ozone Therapy. I am currently licensed as naturopathic physician (ND) in both Oregon and Washington state.

Whether it be purification treatments and weight loss, cosmetic minor surgery, structural repair using modalities and spinal manipulation, colon hydrotherapy, homeopathic, botanical, or nutritional support, we've been providing complete family medicine here in Clatskanie for the last 33 years. We use food based nutritional support, avoiding the high potency, low nutritional value (hyped supplements). Dr. Rose Paisley, ND graduated in 2002, and has been helping patients to identify and create their optimal health with naturopathic medicine. Over the years she has honed her expertise in integrative cancer care, endocrinology, gastroenterology, nutrition, and mental and emotional well being. Dr. Paisley strives to inspire health through education, positive change, personal growth, and evidence-based medicine rooted in natural health strategies. Patients can expect to provide a complete health history, undergo a comprehensive evaluation, and receive an individualized set of gentle, reasonable, and non-invasive recommendations.

Doctor Pepel is trained in both conventional medicine - 6 years medical studies in Romania, and other 6, practicing as a MD there, as well as 3.5 years of training in naturopathic medicine at NUNM- Portland, OR, and 17 years of practicing as a naturopathic doctor in OR. Her combined experience of 34 years in conventional and holistic naturopathic medical training and practice give her unique insights and approaches beyond those available to practitioners trained in only conventional or only naturopathic medicine.

My Practice focuses on healing with the heart, I use craniosacral therapy, combined with counseling, and naturopathic philosophy to support my patients through the human experience.
