I spent 22 years in the medical field in the US Navy working in emergency medicine, and I then received my Doctorate of Naturopathic Medicine. I work with people that feel as if they have been let down by their current medical practitioner. If they are tired of being treated quickly and like a "number", then our clinic is where they need to be. To find the actual or the root cause of an illness is where I find my clients needing the most help and then navigating through that illness to heal.

Prior to her naturopathic doctorate, Dr. Banaian has been received her medical doctorate (MD) from Medical University of Tehran, one of the overseas accredited medical university and was practicing medicine before she moved to the USA.

I enjoy teaching how the body works, empowering patients to listen to their bodies, and helping them make educated choices about their health care. I treat the person, not the disease. Everyone labeled with a disease has their own unique symptom picture and will be treated individually from a holistic vantage point. I enjoy helping patients regain their fullest expression of health! No question goes unanswered.

I am a naturopathic physician trained in family medicine and love working with children and their families. I can provide primary care services, including well-checks, sick visits and chronic health issues or I can be one part of a healthcare team to best support you or your child. Most important is that I do not have an agenda: I try to approach and support each family and their own personal needs.
