Our office combines psychotherapy with naturopathic medical services to provide holistic care to our patients. I treat numerous conditions, both acute & chronic- general family medicine. I have advanced training in Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement Therapy with the Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine. I also have many patients with autoimmune disease such as Lupus, Rheumatoid Arthritis, and Sjogren's Syndrome in which I've been successful in eliminating/decreasing many of their prescription drugs and symptoms. Dr. Thoreson is passionate about what she does and she treats a wide variety of conditions, which includes, but is not limited to digestive disorders, dermatological conditions, asthma and allergies, autoimmune conditions (Hashimoto's disease, inflammatory bowel disease, lupus, rheumatoid arthritis, etc.), hormone imbalances and pain and injury to the muscles and joints. She primarily utilizes clinical nutrition, IV therapy, botanical medicine, bio-identical hormone replacement, acupuncture and restorative joint and muscle injections (prolotherapy, trigger point injections and neural therapy). She has a wide variety of skills and knowledge that she uses to tailor each treatment to best fit each patient's individual medical concerns.

Dr. Jessica Hayman is a Licensed Naturopathic Physician in the state of Arizona, where she currently practices and resides in beautiful Sedona, Arizona. She earned her Doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine from Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine. She holds Bachelor’s degrees in International Relations and Spanish from The University of Southern California in Los Angeles.
