My passion is for helping people get pregnant, supporting them through their pregnancy and assisting them through postpartum. It is one of the most rewarding experiences to aid families through their fertility journey and meet their beautiful newborns. In addition to fertility, I also specialize in gynecology and work with people of all ages, gender expressions and sexual orientation.

I am a Naturopathic Physician who practices primary care with a specialty in hormone management. I graduated from Bastyr University with a doctorate in Naturopathic Medicine and completed a two year residency with a goal of helping men and women achieve optimal health via a mix of herbal and conventional modalities. My ideal patient has a strong desire to take control of their health and is open to addressing their health concerns through diet and lifestyle modifications and appropriate herbal and pharmaceutical treatments that aim to treat the root cause of disease.

Each patient is an individual and as such, requires treatments that are customized for them. Especially in chronic disease, which is where naturopathic medicine and acupuncture help greatly, taking one magic pill or supplement will not resolve symptoms. Success depends greatly on recognizing what dietary changes, behavioral therapies, and lifestyle modifications the patient is willing to try in order to achieve overall health. I work collaboratively with people to not only identify what is causing their symptoms, but more importantly, identify what roadblocks are preventing them from achieving wellness and explore what treatments they want to try.

We, first of all, take the time to listen to your health concerns, perform the appropriate physical exams, and then formulate a unique and individual treatment plan for you. Your treatment protocol may include lifestyle changes, changes in your diet, nutritional supplements, an exercise program, a herbal formula, homeopathic remedies, allergy elimination treatments (NAET), and/or a liver/colon cleanse with colon hydrotherapy and special dietary program.
