My goal is to work with patients to re-establish the foundations of health using stress management, nutrition, botanical medicine, homeopathy, and bodywork. Therapeutic touch is a large part of my practice, which can include pelvic floor therapy, different types of massage, and craniosacral therapy.

I am a Primary Care Practitioner who combines the principles of Naturopathic Medicine with the traditions of Classical Chinese Medicine to offer a wide array of treatment options to best suit each individual's needs. While I maintain a medicine practice which serves the entire family, I offer a focus in Pediatric health, Men's health, Mental-Emotional wellness and Digestive health.

I currently have a primarily tele-health practice treating a variety of disorders including gastrointestinal and digestive issues, endocrine (thyroid, adrenal, hormonal and blood sugar), allergies and diet and lifestyle optimization.

As a Naturopathic and Chinese medicine physician, I focus on treating the underlying cause of disease often resulting in "miraculous" cures to even the most complicated health disorders. Using the holistic healing principles of both Nature Cure (Naturopathic) and the ancient system of Chinese medicine I individualize treatments to meet your needs and not the disease. This is where the magic happens. Within my holistic practice, I specialize in the treatment of thyroid disorders.

I work with patients to support both physical and mental-emotional health using a holistic approach. I treat conditions including digestive issues, endocrine problems, sleep disturbance, anxiety, depression, concentration difficulties and post-traumatic stress. I provide a compassionate environment for my patients, supporting nervous system balance and optimal healing. Therapeutic tools I use include nutrition, lifestyle recommendations, botanical medicine, nutraceuticals, psychopharmacology, homeopathy, hydrotherapy, somatic-centered counseling and mindfulness techniques.

Part of the joy I receive from being a physician is meeting people where they are in their health-care journey. Doctor Pepel is trained in both conventional medicine - 6 years medical studies in Romania, and other 6, practicing as a MD there, as well as 3.5 years of training in naturopathic medicine at NUNM- Portland, OR, and 17 years of practicing as a naturopathic doctor in OR. Her combined experience of 34 years in conventional and holistic naturopathic medical training and practice give her unique insights and approaches beyond those available to practitioners trained in only conventional or only naturopathic medicine.
