Dr. Valentina Benitez, ND, provides an individualized and holistic approach to family medicine, pediatrics, sports medicine, prenatal and postpartum care. She is also trained in holistic pelvic floor and shiatsu massage. Dr. Benitez provides education and insight at every visit. She believes that health and harmony are always possible, and she is here to help you get there. Dr. Benitez is especially interested in treating children (newborn and up) and families.

Dr. Rose Paisley, ND graduated in 2002, and has been helping patients to identify and create their optimal health with naturopathic medicine. Over the years she has honed her expertise in integrative cancer care, endocrinology, gastroenterology, nutrition, and mental and emotional well being. Dr. Paisley strives to inspire health through education, positive change, personal growth, and evidence-based medicine rooted in natural health strategies. Patients can expect to provide a complete health history, undergo a comprehensive evaluation, and receive an individualized set of gentle, reasonable, and non-invasive recommendations.

I have been practicing as an Oregon-licensed Naturopathic Physician since 2013 and as a certified Upledger Craniosacral Therapist since 2018. As someone who has lived with chronic illness since childhood, I can empathize with others who have been looking for a more supportive approach to health care. This is what I strive to deliver.
