I have been a practicing physician for 20 years. As a Naturopathic Doctor I specialize in musculoskeletal rehabilitation (acute and chronic joint and muscle pain), and women’s health (PMS, menopause, fatigue, insomnia, thyroid, hormones). In evaluation I use a variety of assessment tools including functional exams, labs, and imaging. I have a unique functional approach when addressing musculoskeletal pain that comes from years of training in human movement.

I am passionate about helping my clients find true and meaningful healing by identifying and treating the root cause of disease. I love working with individuals that want more than quick fixes and symptom management, as true healing can be a long and non-linear journey. My clients often seek support with hormone balance, menstrual concerns, thyroid disease, insulin resistance, adrenal support, gut and digestive health and mental health. I work with the entire family, from infancy through adulthood, in creating personalized wellness plans and achieving optimal health.

I currently have a primarily tele-health practice treating a variety of disorders including gastrointestinal and digestive issues, endocrine (thyroid, adrenal, hormonal and blood sugar), allergies and diet and lifestyle optimization.

Emily Cleveland-Job, a Naturopathic Doctor, received her doctoral degree from the National College of Natural Medicine, now the National University of Natural Medicine (NUNM) in Portland, OR. Her approach to health begins with the belief that clients are best served when the physical, mental, spiritual, and emotional aspects of health are all considered and addressed. She emphasizes prevention of disease by promoting healthy lifestyle choices and whole foods nutrition. Before moving home to Oak Ridge, TN, Dr. Cleveland-Job enjoyed a thriving practice in Portland, OR.

Hi! I’m Dr. Bethany and I am so honored to share my passion for naturopathic medicine with you. I’m a licensed naturopathic doctor (ND) trained as a primary care physician and have completed additional training focused in reproductive health, fertility awareness method, and pelvic floor therapy. Doctor Pepel is trained in both conventional medicine - 6 years medical studies in Romania, and other 6, practicing as a MD there, as well as 3.5 years of training in naturopathic medicine at NUNM- Portland, OR, and 17 years of practicing as a naturopathic doctor in OR. Her combined experience of 34 years in conventional and holistic naturopathic medical training and practice give her unique insights and approaches beyond those available to practitioners trained in only conventional or only naturopathic medicine.

I develop intensive and comprehensive treatment programs for individuals diagnosed with all types and stages of cancer. I utilize IV therapies such as dichloroacetate (DCA), vitamin C, lipoic acid, DMSO and other nutrients, in addition to ultraviolet blood irradiation (UVBI). I am also trained in the Kelley Enzyme Protocol, which utilizes very high dose pancreatic enzymes. In addition to these therapies all patients are on specific dietary, detoxification and stress management programs.

Dr. Rose Paisley, ND graduated in 2002, and has been helping patients to identify and create their optimal health with naturopathic medicine. Dr. Paisley strives to inspire health through education, positive change, personal growth, and evidence-based medicine rooted in natural health strategies. I am happy to support your primary care needs in addition to gynecological health concerns.
