My focus in practice is anti-aging and functional medicine for both men and women. I have experience treating hormone imbalance and deficiency, nutritional deficiency, health optimization and prevention. I want to teach every patient to feel empowered over their own health, and guide them on their journey to feeling wonderful.

I treat numerous conditions, both acute & chronic- general family medicine. I have advanced training in Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement Therapy with the Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine. I also have many patients with autoimmune disease such as Lupus, Rheumatoid Arthritis, and Sjogren's Syndrome in which I've been successful in eliminating/decreasing many of their prescription drugs and symptoms. I enjoy helping people feel good again. Dr. Tiffany Mitchell, NMD focuses on Patient Care, specializing in IV Therapy and Chelation Therapy as well as Hormone Imbalances, Female Issues and Geriatric Medicine. We offer an array of Advanced Naturopathic Medical and Health Care Services that focus on your long-term health. We believe that while treating the symptom is important for immediate relief, managing and resolving the core issue can permanently alleviate the symptoms and provide better support for other vital systems.

My ideal client is a person who is looking to treat issues such as Hormone Balance, Depression or Anxiety by using a more integrative approach that combines natural therapies with more traditional therapies. I use bioidentical hormones as well as supplements, herbal medicine and homeopathy. Additionally, I use Low Dose Naltrexone for several chronic diseases.

Dr. Briante is a licensed naturopathic primary care physician. Her general medical practice focuses on pediatric and adult mental health, and women's health. She specializes in acupuncture, botanical medicine and bioidentical hormone replacement. Dr. Briante graduated from the Sonoran University (formerly Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine) in 2016 and holds a Masters of Science in Statistics with over 7 years experience in healthy policy research and consulting. Dr. Briante is also adjunct faculty at Sonoran University's Pre-Clinical Sciences & Gynecology Depts. and the Community Health Site Director for Southwest Center.

Dr. Azam Banaian receiving her Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine (ND) from Southwest College of Naturopathic Medicine, one of the accredited naturopathic medical schools by the AANMC . Prior to her naturopathic doctorate, Dr. Banaian has been received her medical doctorate (MD) from Medical University of Tehran, one of the overseas accredited medical university and was practicing medicine before she moved to the USA.
