I am a Naturopathic Doctor & Birth Doula passionate about helping people feel their best. I have a particular focus on the perinatal period of a family's life, supporting families through fertility, pregnancy, childbirth and childhood. I have also worked with many women as they navigate the murky waters of menopause. I use functional testing and in depth interviews to determine the root cause of symptoms, then I can apply my skills and knowledge in nutrition, herbal medicine, acupuncture, traditional Chinese medicine, hydrotherapy and homeopathy to develop a personalized treatment plan.

After almost 20 years of practice, my mission is to inspire and empower people to feel happy, healthy and beautiful. Attaining optimal health involves addressing the underlying causes of health issues, while assessing and integrating physical, mental, emotional and spiritual aspects of health. "Doctor as Teacher" is my guiding principle, as I encourage my patients to take an active role in their own health. Effective, evidence-based and individualized treatment plans are built with each and every one of my patients in mind.

I love helping women reach their full potential by removing the barriers and obstacles their bodies may be struggling with. My goal is to help patients go from feeling "fine" to feeling "fabulous". I often see women who have normalized feeling sub-par, whether it's low energy and sluggishness, unexplained weight gain, bloating and poor digestion, PMS and heavy periods, or the dreaded changes of perimenopause and menopause.
