I am currently teaching an Introduction to Qigong at the Fallbrook Wellness Center to primarily the over 50 crowd. My students want help with balance and flexibility, strength and ease of movement. They are looking to increase relaxation and energy, as well as improved sleep, digestion, circulation and mood. Many are looking for ways to age gracefully.

Hi, I’m Roja Babaei MS, CNS, CN, LDN, a founder of Roja Nutritionist LLC, a health enthusiast and a graduate with a Master of Nutrition and Integrative Health graduate from Maryland University of Integrative Health. I already have over three years of experience. I have completed my post graduate practice experience and earned my CNS credential. Dwayne Lee is board certified in both Acupuncture and Chinese herbology and has been practicing in North County San Diego since 2005. Dwayne earned his Masters of Science in Traditional Oriental Medicine at Pacific College of Oriental Medicine in San Diego with extended study and grand rounds at the Nanjing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. He has completed advanced training in Classical Chinese and Japanese-style Acupuncture as well as Tung Meridian Acupuncture for pain management and ZHU scalp Acupuncture to target neurological disorders.
