My philosophy of healing and holistic health focuses on all facets of human functioning, by which we take responsibility for maintaining our well-being. I believe in the God-given power of our bodies to heal. I want to help provide you the road map so that your body has all the tools and necessary components to heal itself from the inside out. Your body does all the healing. I don't treat any disease, your body does that. I will help you support your body in what it is already trying to do. Your body wants to be healthy. I focus especially on one's genetic/DNA variants providing a window into where our health problems begin.
Most of our health problems have their foundation our gene mutations. With chronic infections and stress, intestinal dysfunction and the wrong choice of foods, disease comes. Finding out the problems here is generally the initial path that leads to a much healthier body. Together we can discover the underlying functional disorders and correct them.
During the initial visit I generally spend about 2 hours so that I can really hear your story and try to discover when, where and how the problems began and how I am able best help you. I want to know what causes your problems and then solve them. Due to my location my practice is primarily a "Tele-Health" format and is either via Phone, FaceTime or Zoom
