I am a Nurse Practitioner and Naturopathic Doctor who focuses on integrative, functional, and holistic medicine providing both in-person care & telehealth. I can guide you to feeling your absolute best and love helping busy adults feel awesome, energetic, and able to show up as our best selves! I focus on the unique needs of YOU as an individual and tailor each plan specifically to your goals. Whether you choose to use nutrition, vitamins, herbs, traditional medication, or alternative treatments, I am able to provide the type of care that best fits your needs and values. I am currently accepting new adult patients.
After a long and varied career as a nurse, I have a strong background in traditional medicine and its valuable diagnostic tests and treatments. With my training in naturopathic medicine, I have a deep understanding of nutrition, herbal medicine, and holistic therapies. I use an integrative approach using ALL of these tools to provide truly great healthcare.
