I completed my Bachelor of Science in Dietetics with a specialization in Health Promotion at Michigan State University and my Master of Science in Dietetics from D'Youville College. My goal is to help my clients achieve their health and wellness goals while also helping them realize that eating healthy is not only optimal for living their best life, but also can be really simple and fun.

I have been a registered dietitian nutritionist for almost 15 years. I have assisted hundreds of patients with multiple health problems mange and improve their condition by nutrition and lifestyle interventions. Since 2020, I have worked with patients with stage 3-5 chronic kidney disease that is interested in delaying the progression of kidney damage by medical nutrition therapy. I have worked in several dialysis clinics over the last 15 years, which has also been a very rewarding experience. For clients that are looking for individualized nutrition help, I have the experience and expertise to assist you in achieving your goals.

I believe that a healthy diet is the foundation for overall well-being, and my mission is to empower my clients to make positive changes in their lives through nutrition education and support.
