Dr. Valentina Benitez, ND, provides an individualized and holistic approach to family medicine, pediatrics, sports medicine, prenatal and postpartum care. She is also trained in holistic pelvic floor and shiatsu massage. Dr. Benitez provides education and insight at every visit. She believes that health and harmony are always possible, and she is here to help you get there. Dr. Benitez is especially interested in treating children (newborn and up) and families.

Raina Monet Lasse is a naturopathic doctor that takes a caring, holistic approach to healthcare. Her clinical focus is on mind-body integration, hormonal balancing, hypothyroid, anxiety, depression, burn-out, fatigue, digestive distress, and insomnia. She helps patients connect with the courage and self-knowledge needed to develop and maintain a meaningful and rewarding life.
