Included in my treatment modalities are individualized healthy diet plans, nutritional and supplemental programs, botanical medicine, homeopathy and the use of physical medicine. I also use hypnotherapy for smoking cessation, weight loss programs, life style changes and other issues. I have had a naturopathic practice for the last 29 years.

My practice is holistic, integrative, and complementary in nature. By combining science with natural healing modalities, I work in partnership with my patients to help them GET WELL AND STAY WELL. It is clear that the mind-body connection is intrinsic to healing. Therefore, I believe that medical treatments must be completely individualized, for patients to reach optimal health.
