I was born and raised in Auburn, California and am a 1996 graduate of Bastyr University, the leading naturopathic medical school in North America. Growing up with my dad as a local doctor inspired me to pursue medicine myself. Personal illness with questions left unanswered by western medicine led me in the direction of naturopathic medicine. I am passionate about helping people find their optimal health. I fill up my free time with my husband and 2 beautiful daughters. Together we enjoy rock-climbing, horse back riding, surfing, gardening and just being together.

I love working with patients via telemedicine (or globally via tele-education) and in-person in Los Angeles and Seattle. Hello there! I am a naturopathic doctor practicing naturopathic family medicine with a focus on hormones, gastrointestinal health, reproductive medicine, mood and nutrition. As a licensed primary care doctor, I see pretty much everything and treat the whole family (babies to the elderly). I received my doctorate of naturopathic medicine from Bastyr University in 2009 and completed a 3 year naturopathic family medicine residency program with additional training in reproductive endocrinology and infertility.
