“Everyone can achieve a greater degree of health, be it physical, mental, emotional, or spiritual, and being a licensed Naturopath AND acupuncturist, I can provide many treatment options. I am looking for patients who want to sleep well, feel energized, think clearly, feel calm and centered, have a sense of humor, and really love life. Patients need to feel better so I first reduce current symptoms to improve immediate health, and then work with patients in a caring and respectful relationship to discover and treat the underlying cause, meet each patient's health goals, and prevent future disease.

My special interests include pain management, hormone disorders, stress management, digestive disorders, sleep and fatigue, emotional disorders, cancer, and heavy metal detoxification. I also focus on preventative medicine for people of all ages so that each person can life life to the fullest.

I create partnerships with my patients. Each patient is unique and I take the time to listen and develop relationships with each patient and appreciate their insights and ideas about health. I also spent a lot of time doing research and detective-work to really understand each patient's health history.”
