As a licensed Naturopathic Doctor, I can perform physical examinations including routine gynecological care, order and interpret lab tests and diagnose and treat disease. I specialize in Women's Health and Family Medicine, but I consult with both men and women on many issues. Treatments include therapeutic nutrition, botanical medicine, bio-identical hormones and homeopathy, with an emphasis on dietary and lifestyle counseling. I am also certified in the Arvigo Techniques of Maya Abdominal Massage (ATMAM).

ATMAM is a gentle, external therapy which can alleviate many common gynecologic issues including painful or irregular periods, endometriosis, PMS, fertility challenges and menopausal complaints. Women who have scar tissue and adhesions from a hysterectomy can also benefit, as can those with lower back pain, digestive and urinary tract issues.
